This Privacy Policy explains how Lisa Stucky, doing business as Leading Lady Cipher (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit cards.leadingladycipher.com (the “Site”) and interact with the energy empowerment cards, the Companion Guides, and the Daily Empath Tips.

• Your name and email address when you purchase a deck or create an account.
• Payment information you submit at checkout (handled directly by our checkout provider — see Section 4).

• Responses you submit if you take the linked empath assessment.

• Usage data such as pages visited, time on page, and referring URLs.

• To process your purchase and give you access to the deck, Companion Guide, and Daily Empath Tips you bought.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.

• To understand how the Site is used, in aggregate.

3. Account and access data

We store the email address tied to your purchase so we can grant access to the deck you bought. Passwords are stored as a one-way hash — we never see your password and cannot read it back to you. You can reset your password from the sign-in page at any time.

4. Service providers we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum information necessary with service providers who help us run the Service. Today that includes:

• GoHighLevel — processes your checkout and sends purchase emails. Your name, email, and order details are shared with GoHighLevel so they can complete your purchase and deliver confirmation. See GoHighLevel's privacy policy.

We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in the context of a business transfer.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to understand how the Site is used in aggregate. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Site (sign-in, access to your deck) will not work without them.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we collect and the right to request deletion. We keep your account and purchase records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with our legal and tax obligations. You can request deletion at any time using the contact email below; some records (like purchase history) may need to be retained to comply with the law.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. International users

We operate from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
