Terms of Service

Welcome to Empath Archetypes. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Empath Archetypes website, the energy empowerment cards, the Companion Guides, and the Daily Empath Tips (together, the “Service”), operated by Lisa Stucky, doing business as Leading Lady Cipher (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase, and at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use any free part of the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account and access

When you purchase a deck, you create an account using the email address you used at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Access to your deck, the Companion Guide, and the Daily Empath Tips is tied to that account and is for your personal use only — please don't share your login.

3. License to use the Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial reflection and enjoyment. Each deck purchase is a license for one person to use that deck and its associated Companion Guide and Daily Empath Tips.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the cards, guides, or any other Service content without our written permission.
• Share your account login or otherwise resell or transfer your access.
• Use the Service in a way that violates any law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with, disable, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Scrape, harvest, or mass-download content from the Service.

5. Purchases, billing, and refunds

Deck prices are listed on each deck's page in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by our checkout provider (GoHighLevel) at the time of purchase. All sales are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details, including how to report an access problem.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including the empath archetype descriptions, card text, Companion Guides, illustrations, symbols, layout, and the underlying code — is owned by Lisa Stucky / Leading Lady Cipher or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. See our Disclaimer for important limitations on how the content may be used or relied upon.

The Service is for personal reflection only and is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. See our Disclaimer for full details.

9. Third-party links and services

The Service may link to third-party websites (for example, the empath assessment or a booking page). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and do not endorse them.

10. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. If we permanently discontinue a deck, we will make a reasonable effort to give existing buyers notice and a way to save what they've created.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leading Lady Cipher and Lisa Stucky will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the past twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leading Lady Cipher and Lisa Stucky from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
